Yo- Box® is an awesome and truly unique workout that combines the power, speed, coordination and cardio fitness of boxing, with the strength, flexibility and stress relieving techniques of yoga. The perfect Yin and Yang. When we move, everything else will improve. This class is packed with fun filled exercises for all ages.
